We’ve got early MLB games every day this working week, so there is plenty to enjoy either alongside or in place of the final week of the Premier League 2016/17 season. BT Sport/ESPN will be showing a number of the games too.
The first two games of the Rays-Indians only slip under the pre-midnight line by a little short of an hour, but the series finale is a true early start in what should be a competitive series.
Wednesday is the day that stands out due to the potential match-up between Clayton Kershaw and Johnny Cueto and the latest installment in the saga that is Matt Harvey’s Mets career.
Don’t overlook Lance McCullers’ start for the Astros though, which is being shown on BT Sport/ESPN before the Dodgers-Giants game (the latter will likely be joined ‘in-progres’ as a result). Houston are flying at the moment and whilst Dallas Keuchel is rightly getting the attention as the staff ace, McCullers has been an impressive contributor too.
On Thursday the games span the British evening and there are couple of inter-league games among them. The Reds-Cubs clash should also be worth a watch, with Cincinnati having started out the season much better than many predicted.
Finally, we have a Cubs home game on Friday with the Brewers heading to Wrigley Field.
All games are listed in BST.
