British Baseball on BBC Radio London tonight

by Matt Smith

British baseball fans can listen to, and contribute to, a fifteen to twenty minute programme about British baseball this evening.  It will be part of a feature about the sport in this country on BBC Radio London at just after 20.00.  The programme will include guest appearances by representatives of British Baseball Federation clubs from the London area and players, coaches and fans are encouraged to join in the fun by phoning or texting into the show.

If you don’t live in the London area then you can listen to the show online.  Most BBC content is only available to UK residents, so unfortunately readers from outside our shores will probably not be able to listen in live.  However, it may well be made available to listen to via a different source at a later date.

Hi Dawn. It’s not there on the iPlayer list, I’m afraid. It was quite a good little programme, with 3 people in the studio (British Baseball Federation President,GM of Essex Arrows and President of Bracknell Blazers) and then a couple of others phoning in. As mentioned above, when baseball has been featured on things before it has normally ended up on YouTube. I’ll post a link to it if it does.
