{"id":2216,"date":"2009-03-04T18:25:49","date_gmt":"2009-03-04T17:25:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/baseballgb.co.uk\/?p=2216"},"modified":"2009-10-18T21:06:07","modified_gmt":"2009-10-18T20:06:07","slug":"baseball-in-the-north-team-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/baseballgb.co.uk\/?p=2216","title":{"rendered":"Baseball in the north: Team news"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following on from <a href=\"https:\/\/baseballgb.co.uk\/?p=2098\" target=\"_blank\">our story<\/a> on the plans for a one-division northern &#8220;super league&#8221;, we now have more information on the teams that will play in the league, again <a href=\"http:\/\/northernleaguebaseball.co.uk\/2009\/02\/26\/league-structure\/\" target=\"_blank\">from the blog<\/a> of the Anglo-Canadian Matthew Norburn (BBF Northern Senior League Commissioner).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To summarize:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A &#8220;change in club philosophy&#8221; at Manchester has seen the players from the Eagles (the top team) leave to join a newly created team in Harrogate.
