by Mark George

The race for the playoffs saw a bunch of teams looking to secure one of the four remaining playoff places in the final week of the BaseballGB Fantasy League regular season. Which teams have a shot at glory and which ones just missed out?

Weston-Super-Sox 25 11 33 2 .262 .778 0 1 20 0 8.46 1.73 1
The Bath Bombers 37 15 45 5 .304 .924 2 2 21 2 1.71 1.81 11

They may not have made the playoffs but the Bombers finished the biggest winners of week 22 after defeating the Sox 11-1. Hosmer and Trea Turner each hit .400 or better, homered three times and knocked in eight, as did Bregman. Syndergaard had a win, seven strikeouts and did not allow an earned run while Ramos and Harris took care of saves and holds. Ervin Santana helped take WHIP for the Sox, while Kyle Seager and Encarnacion each hit three homers.
